suggestion: searchable package list site

Hello.

I'd like to see something similar as the Debian Packages(*) site for
Fedora Extras and Core.

Unfortunately I can't implement it myself - even if I wanted. I've
already ran out of time, so this is just to start discussion.

If someone wants to design an interface that they think would be
effective I think that would be a great place to start.

get a nice layout and the backend stuff can be worked out in coming
weeks.

I have something like this in my TODO. Maybe in next two weeks I will
have some results.
