Then it'd probably be a good idea to file a Change...
Now that automatic persistent overlay support for dmsquash-live has
been submitted upstream[1], I probably can start working on a Change
proposal for this.
This was the missing feature for livesys-scripts to make the
transition possible. It will let us remove the need for
livecd-iso-to-disk entirely.
