Ah, that's a bit misleading, most of those are packages I have access to
via my Python SIG membership ;)
We really should consider changing that default view.

I don't think Michel was the maintainer of the package when he made
the PR, he most likely got it recently and forgot about the PR to
merge it. I've pinged him about it so he can take care of it.
Yeah, I requested to take the package because of stalled PRs and branch
requests, but was on leave when I finally inherited it. Thanks for the
reminder!
That being said, I do welcome co-maintainers.
