[HEADS UP] Removed legacy provides from coreutils

Yesterday we removed following Provides/Obsoletes from coreutils.
- - fileutils
- - sh-utils
- - stat
- - textutils
- - mktemp

First four never been separate packages (at least from what I can see
in dist-git), last one disappeared in fc10...

I've adjusted all 16 packages relying on those provides:
a2ps
amanda
autofs
foomatic
logwatch
netdump-server
nfs-utils
nordugrid-arc
nut
pcp
rhn-client-tools
rpmrebuild
samba
smartmontools
vzctl
xinetd

Also I found that some of those packages still use systemd-units..
Please switch to new way of doing systemd units packaging as per
guidelines.

It is only about removing
Provides. Binary stays in coreutils. And you
sitll can R: %{_bindir}/mktemp, although I think it is not needed
because I can't imagine system without coreutils 😉

Just checked, RPM requires coreutils, so you don't need even that.

To summarize, nothing changes in functionality, just old cruft goes
away.

This advice is ill. If rpm stops requiring coreutils, azureus gets
broken. The reason is that azureus uses mktemp from coreutils, thus it
must require coreuitils. Just not declaring the dependency does not
disappear the dependency.

Tidbit of history... fileutils, sh-utils, and textutils were all
separate GNU projects and merged together to form the single coreutils
project.

(The name shellutils and sh-utils were used inconsistently across
different Linux distributions.)

The stat package is really old.  You can find it in old Red Hat Linux
releases.  At least in RHL 5.1, it appears to be code from Rich Kulawiec
(and others) originating at Purdue University.  The comments in the code
have timestamps starting in 1986.  GNU didn't gain a stat(1) command
until coreutils anyway, so it makes sense the Red Hat would have sought
out an alternative for scripting since the command is nice for sysadmins.
