Oh, ok. I'll start with the Inactive provenpackagers and I'll run the
Inactive packagers as soon as I have enough time (the script usually
takes 2-3 hours to complete).

FYI unfortunately, sending emails to <user>(a)fedoraproject.org is
currently broken [1]... My emails to affected provenpackagers were
bounced back. I'll try to contact them directly looking to the email
from noggin.
