Non-responsive maintainer check for bpepple

Hi,

This is a non-responsive maintainer check for bpepple.

gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free has FTBFS in Rawhide for ~1 month.  I 
submitted a PR with a fix on Nov 22, but there has been zero response:

Does anyone know how to contact them?  Direct email and bug reports have

I reached out via Twitter and this is the response:

handling the gstreamer stack these days.

I suggested he reassigned his packages but haven't heard back since last
Friday, so I suppose we might have to just go ahead with the
non-responsive process, but likely for all of his packages.
