Um, that's probably not what Peter is complaining about. Look at it this way:
"I had a conversation with a bunch of people not in Fedora rel-eng and
a CentOS guy about setting aside 2 hours for us to talk about rel-eng
stuff at a conference."
Maybe you should have talked to Fedora rel-eng _before_ requesting the slot.
Or put another way, if someone called a 2 hour meeting to talk about
stuff and expected me to attend without talking to me about it before
the meeting, I'd probably tell them I wouldn't be attending their
meeting.
