Currently if the reg isnt completed its still saved in the system so
if someone runs into an issue they can contact us and i am sure we
can work smtg out. If it becomes an issue in practice we can add a
note to the effect on the payment page.
Let's add a note to the payment page
to contact me directly if they have
a payment problem and cannot use Paypal. If Paypal works in their
country, I hope they will use it. I'll need to work on an alternative
payment scheme only for country's where Payal is borked.
