Not to detract from the awesomeness of the site, but what will be the main
focus(es) of funding this year? I was planning on submitting a talk, and I
know I may need to request funding this year.

It's worth noting that we don't expect _papers_ to be the primary
engine for attendance. We want to really focus on the "do-con" aspect
this year, and get people to collaborate rather than to deliver talks.
We still will have some talk tracks, but we won't make speaking our
main decision point for contributors who require assistance with travel
funding.
