Working with finance when they return tomorrow. The details are set. Bus is ordered but

Details on the second option have been received and are being costed.
However our bus provider has cancelled services :( (We were planning to
use MKP, the city bus company, but they are too swamped with WYD).
Brian has emailed alternative providers.
An alternative provider has appeared. I am awaiting sales orders.
The cruise/boat restaurant has replied and I am awaiting an invoice and order.

Brewery contract and bus transport for that night (from MKP) has been
submitted for final approval.

Hotel menus are received and being reviewed for recommendation. BEO
method received and being completed.
BEOs will be sent, barring any additional input tomorrow. Menus are still being
reviewed.
