Time frame for Flock software

I wanted to confirm something I think I discussed with either Spot or
Ruth earlier, but can't find a record... We are thinking roughly about
early December for being able to use new software for Flock.  Does
that agree with the planning calendar OK?  Would it be in time for
advertising, registration, CFP, etc.?
