Then there must be something wrong, because EU countries have 17.5$
while France and Italy have 20$.
EU (those who are part of the EURO) should have at least the same fee for
all.
I am late to reply, but the EU as a whole does not have the same PPP.
Prices in Slovakia could vary from those in Germany, for example.
