Indeed. But there is no suspend/hibernate options from gnome-power-manager.
Check the rawhide reports change log.

It appears that the suspend has replaced the shutdown option in the desktop menu. Are we allowed to shut down or reboot anymore :-) Surely it should be part of the option 'suspend|shutdown|reboot'
