Package orphan request: python-sphinx
This package is not updated for about 4 months, and the version is 1-year late from
upstream. A little check about the maintainer's packages has shown that he seems not
doing any work in 2016.
This is currently annoying me and I want to file a request to adopt or co-maintain the
package.
