I don't think there's any relevant change in GCC.
It looks like these packages simply fail to link with -lstdc++fs (or
they have that flag in the wrong position in the link command, it

That's a bug in the source package.

This one has the errors above, and there is no sign of -lstdc++fs in
the linker command. It's a package bug.
