Sure about that? All I could find there was a reference to rpmdev-bumpspec
(part of "rpmdevtools" package nowadays). The older script's home is
"fedora"
cvs (= not the pkg cvs), but the version in rpmdevtools is more up-to-date.
And yes, it handles several release versioning schemes including some odd ones.
