Seems to have gone from:
/usr/lib64/libpcre2-posix.so.2
to:
/usr/lib64/libpcre2-posix.so.3
This broke a few things, notably util-linux. My attempt to rebuild
util-linux failed, so I'm still looking at that.
Oh woe is me, util-linux build depends on util-linux (not directly,
but because the basic Koji build environment needs it). So I don't
see how we will be able to rebuild this.
Could someone untag the broken pcre2 package from Rawhide?
