It's the user's choice to use a progressive distribution such as Fedora
rather than a semi-conservative one like Ubuntu or a conservative one like
RHEL/CentOS or Debian stable.
"choosing a sane update policy for users" == bad! Users should be
allowed to choose!
"choosing to dump almost anything you want into stable" == good! Users
can always go use another distro. if they don't agree with me!
