Yes, true. One would definitely need a non-user access to the system. Maybe by compulsory/default non-root user account creation.
Seems that this means there must be some other user account on the system (or just use "PermitRootLogin without-password" which is my favorite option right now anyway). I guess you'll take care of that?
Yes, we'll ensure that noone is locked out of their systems after a fresh install or upgrade.
