https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/fish/3/2920190216163513.139e1...
says:
artifacts:
rpms:
- fish-0:3.0.1-1.module_f29+2923+49f4083f.src
- fish-0:3.0.1-1.module_f29+2923+49f4083f.x86_64
- fish-debuginfo-0:3.0.1-1.module_f29+2923+49f4083f.x86_64
- fish-debugsource-0:3.0.1-1.module_f29+2923+49f4083f.x86_64
so you can download them from:
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/fish/3.0.1/1.module_f29+2923+...

previous version.
