If we can have Cisco host a container image with openh264 as a Flatpak extension then
that would be great as the extension would be pulled down automatically during flatpak
update.
First, we have to build one as an extension to the Fedora Flatpak
runtime (which includes ffmpeg and friends). That hasn't been done
yet, as far as I know.
