Yes (I can do scratch builds on my machine faster). But I have succeeded
getting buildhw-* only on the 4th time.
Our very fast a64 builders do not always have that amount of space,
so
it would have to fall back to the aarch64 buildvm's in that arch.
aarch64 needs 187G + BUILDROOT (which got deleted), it may be 205GB total.
i686 cannot build chromium with debuginfo as linker runs out of 32-bit address
space, one would have to cross-build it which is sure not worth it.
