Careful: our 'ISA' in the kernel also coverse the various LPC busses that
replaced it.
That would be a bug if so. CONFIG_ISA always meant 'show me drivers that
I can plug into an isa slot'. CONFIG_ISA_DMA_API is there for non-slot
LPC type devices.
