The exact BR is:
cmake(Qt5WebEngine) >= 5.14
Sorry for taking so long to get back to this. I only just managed to
get my overflowing email inbox under control ...
Either way, the python-pyside2 issue should be resolved now, and it
appears the updated data has already propagated to the packager
dashboard.
