And especially because there are at least 3 things that NetworkManager
does badly, if at all:These are:
* pair bonding
* KVM bridge configuration
* VLAN tagging
It tidn't handle them *at all* the last time I ran Fedora on a server,
although admittedly I've not tried them on Fedora 21.
I do not currently use NM
for it, but VLAN tagging seemed to work for
me in NM when I tried it the last time in F21. My impression is that
also bridge configuration should be possible, but I have not really
tried it with NM. And I have no idea at all about that first thing in
your list.
