qemu can use them... can qemu create them? We need an open tool that
can be included in FC/FE that can create the content not just use it.
The press release on the website claims the licensing terms are
GPL-compatible. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to download the
actual terms, though. I have sent email to VMWare asking for a copy of
the terms for review.
