Uh oh. The python-networkx package, at least, is not compatible with
python-decorator 5.x. I wonder if any other python-decorator
consumers are incompatible with 5.x?
If python-networkx is the only affected package, then we don't need to
worry much. Upstream is working on removing that dependency:

I wondered about that, but it didn't seem like the changes were that
major. They just dropped support for old pythons and dropped a bunch of
cruft they had to support them. ;(
I'll do a mini rebuild of dependent packages.
