IOW, the scilab-6.0.0-0.3.beta1.fc24 or better
scilab-6.0.0-0.4.beta1.fc24 would be the the right release to keep the
correct upgrade path.
Yes. 0.3.beta1 is incorrect. 0.4.beta1 is correct. The revision counter
must be incremented with each build, regardless of what's changing
behind it.
