We've asked our lawyers. If and when they give the go-ahead, we'll
enable it. If they don't, we won't.
Ajax , this is already enabled or not ? do see anything that disable it, in
Mesa package source:

My Intel Ironlake , just advertise OpenGL version string: 2.1 ? can't
advertise 3 + ?
we enable gl3/4 on all hw that can do it. swrast is still up in the air legally.
ironlake isn't gl3 capable hw.
