This is definitely supported, as this is how multilib works on Mageia
and OpenMandriva today, both of which use DNF too.
But that doesn't mean Fedora has to continue supporting the broken mode. ;-)
Why would you want to install all libraries as multilib even if nothing 32-
bit uses them? It's just a huge waste of bandwidth and disk space.
