A reminder that webkit2gtk4.0 provides WebKitGTK for applications that
use GTK 3 and libsoup 2. The migration path is to switch to
webkit2gtk4.1, which contains no API changes but links to libsoup 3
instead of libsoup 2. All applications that still depend on both
WebKitGTK and libsoup 2 [1] will break until fixed.
