There was no change in bodhi-server code that can justify the failure
(also running the tests upstream doesn't show any failure). Has
something been changed in Koji between 29/11 (time of the previous
successful build) and today?

I've also verified that tests run fine when building in mock or COPR,
they only fail in Koji with a 'permission denied'...
