My opinion: gnome-keyring should not act as an ssh agent by default.
At least the old ssh-add accepts the option "-c", which makes the ssh-agent to
require a confirmation before it uses the loaded key to authenticate. But this
seems to be maily interesting (imho) in case a ssh agent is forwarded.
