IIRC, there is both a 'Fedora Hosted' product, or individual trac
instances. I think the trac instances are the current method of
dealing with this.
And if the upstream maintainer runs screaming at the idea of using trac
for bug tracking?
(Note: most of these projects (anaconda, etc.) predate both hosted and trac.)
