Thats great that that is your use case.
Keep in mind that this list is talking about development of Fedora for
ALL the people who use it. Try and think beyond your own use cases to
what might be useful to others?
because it is utterly useless to have a long living process
for static basic configurations running
Thus the reason for the mentioned RFE on a one-time mode that
configures and exits.
