I think we can use inotify on /etc/passwd and friends and reread if
someone modifies the file.
Yeah, but the "callback" from systemd-sysusers could tell you all the
info right away.
But as I said earlier, we're going to need to re-read and sync anyway
for the vipw case, so it's probably a moot point..
The important thing is that people don't try to invent new
storage
schemes and additional nsswitch modules and files for the system users.
