You noted Parallels Desktop, which is actually a fair point I forgot about.
Fortunately, as long as Fedora and RHEL support VirGL and virtio-gpu,
I think we're good there:

This is especially important for being able to run Fedora and RHEL 9+
on ARM Macs as VMs, since this is how they support Linux graphics now.
