Perhaps I am not seeing the right patch, but looking at what was posted on github [1],
doesn't this udev rule skip over eMMC and SD cards which appear as
"/dev/mmcblk#"?
Yes, you're looking at the wrong patch. Setting BFQ is a downstream
decision:
