Honestly, I'm more than a little unhappy to be coming down on people
for attempting to follow formal procedures and increase communication
and cooperation.
This is very helpful to marketing. I do use the Changes, and it's...
unusual to say the least for developers to roll up to marketing and ask
specifically for their feature/change to be promoted.
I don't see how this is harmful.
