The el-packages are fine, since the only API-incompatibility was the
null vs. nullRef thing mentioned in the bug-report, which affects ARM,
only and there is no ARM-arch on el <= 7.
Let me see how well the rebuilds on Rawhide are working and then let's
take a decision about updating fc24 to the new so-version; it will be
fine with the policy since we are still in alpha.
