Is this gnome specific? If so, it's not a complete solution. Many of us
don't use gnome.
At least KDE works in the same way. I've heard Mandrake comes with something
called supermount, but don't know anything about how it works. Do this kind
of software automatically unmount CDs when eject button is pushed? would it
be possible?
