THis isn't really required. If someone wants to have a fully minimal install of
QEMU/KVM, then install 'libvirt-daemon-driver-qemu', instead of
'libvirt-daemon-kvm' - the latter is the convenience intended to be fully
featured.

At least gnome-boxes and the Virtualization group in comps.xml will pull
in libvirt-daemon-kvm. And installing libvirt-daemon-driver-qemu instead
will give users an installation without even
libvirt-daemon-driver-storage-core, which seems... not great.
