Problems are:
1. %{make_install} installs libraries with 0755 flags
2. After changing library files mode into 0644 rpmbuild not extracts
debug info
Yes, the exec bits are used as indicators whether those files should be
processed or not. It takes the permission bits from the disk so you can
change them in the file list independently.
Where I'm wrong?
