So do we kill it for:
F39/F40 and beyond?
F38 and beyond?
X-date and all releases?
My normal response would be... well, I missed the F38 change deadline by a
wide margin, so F39+.
But, I think we could stop producing deltarpms for current releases without
really affecting those releases (there would just not be more created, which
as previously explored, would not really have a strong effect). So... I
wouldn't leave the other options out of the question.
What do infra / releng folks think?
How easy is it to shut things off?
If shut off, can it be turned back on again (in case of Regrets)?
Once shut off, is decomissioning infrastructure around it a Project, or just
more shutting off?
What risks are there?
And... how much would be saved in:
* compute resources
* ongoing maintenance work
