Honestly, I think Koschei should be mandatory for every package or at
least opt-out by default at this point.

Also, let me take this opportunity to give Koschei a shout-out.
I have it enabled on all my packages and the handful of packages which
Igor's script did not automatically fix for me, Koschei immediately told
me about. And I was able to fix them up earlier this week, before the
FTBFS bugs were filed.
I strongly recommend everyone turns Koschei tracking on for all their
packages because it makes it quite easy to find problems like this.
(Sadly, you do get a bit more noise when pushes something that breaks
the entire distro, but it's still worth it.)
