For the record: /usr/libexec/openssh/gnome-ssh-askpass is _not_ the program
popping up when ssh-add is run from an xterm. It seems like the ssh-agent
program (which is not the classical ssh-agent anymore, but a part of gnome)
is doing this on it's own, which explains why it does not care about being
called from a terminal or not.
I never said it was :) I just said unset it, and the behaviour reverts.
