It's because the following bug is breaking the composes of the F7
updates-testing repo:

Looks like a fix is available now, hopefully to land in production ASAP.
I just patched yum on releng1, and successfully mashed
f7-updates-testing. It should get rsync'd to our master mirror shortly.
Much thanks to our yum-ninja Tim Lauridsen for tracking down and patching
the depsolver bug!
