Fixed in Draft 0.2, where I removed the "binary exception" verbiage and
made Fedora denote only free/open source. I will publish Draft 0.2
before I leave for vacation (Wednesday).

I cerainly don't. Extras also needs to be bounded by being open source and
not dependant on proprietary code
