This is more like a general Fedora question about rebuilding packages,
so I've moved this to the Fedora devel mailing list. The first
packages you'll need to rebuild are binutils and gcc to disable the
compressed extension, and then you'll have to rebuild the other
packages starting from those.
I believe we have discussed this and laid down a plan how to do it this April
with your colleagues (Vinod Ganesan and Anmol Sahoo). Are you working
in the same group or a different one?
