I used this command over this past weekend:
fedup --network 19 --debuglog=/var/log/fedupdebug.log \
--instrepo
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/19/x86_64/os/
Right. You cannot just specify 19 because Fedora 19 is not yet out,
it's only Beta.
